Raised on pasture and nutrient-rich, feel good about serving your family organic, hormone-free beef that is lower in fat and heart healthy. We have several variations of our samplers to choose from:
Family Sampler – Just reach into the freezer and conveniently pull out any one of the various cuts of 100% grassfed beef..
36 lbs. of assorted cuts including roughly 10 lbs. of steaks, 12 lbs. of
assorted roasts and other cuts, and 14 1-lb. packages of ground beef.
*Assorted steaks will include some (not all) of the following: Ribeye, Top
Sirloin, New York, Round, Sirloin Tip, Flank, Flat Iron, Skirt, and Hanger
*Assorted roasts will include some (not all) of the following: Rump, Chuck,
English, Pike’s Peak, Brisket, Pot Roast, Stew Beef Cubes, Short Ribs.
35 day Dry Aged Family Sampler – Introducing our highest quality beef yet! We have dry aged our beef 35 days for premium tenderness and flavor in these Family Samplers. Each Sampler contains the same various steaks, roasts and ground beef as our original Family Sampler. Each Sampler is a total of around 36 lbs.
Half Sampler – 18 lbs. of assorted cuts including roughly 5 lbs. of steaks, 6 lbs. of assorted roasts and other cuts, and 7 1-lb. packages of ground beef. Same assortment of cuts as the Family Sampler.
35 day Dry Aged 1/2 Family Sampler – This is a smaller version of our 35 Day Aged Family Sampler. Each 1/2 Sampler contains the same various steaks, roasts and ground beef as our larger version. Each 1/2 Sampler is a total of around 18 lbs.
Huge Steak Sampler – You will receive 30 lbs. of 21 day dry aged steaks to enjoy on the grill. You will get at least 30 lbs. of steaks which will include a minimum of:
6 lbs. Rib Steak (Ribeye)
6 lbs. New York and/or T-Bone
6 lbs. Sirloin and Sirloin Tip
6 lbs Round Steak
6 lbs other assorted steaks (Flat Iron, Skirt Steak, Flank Steak, etc.)
Steak Sampler – Just like the Huge Steak Sampler only smaller. You will receive 15 lbs. of 21 day dry aged steaks to enjoy on the grill. You will get at least 15 lbs. of steaks which will include a minimum of:
3 lbs. Rib Steak (Ribeye)
3 lbs. New York and/or T-Bone
3 lbs. Sirloin and Sirloin Tip
3 lbs. Round Steak
3 lbs. other assorted steaks (Flat Iron, Skirt Steak, Flank Steak, etc.)
